Seeking a Lead Technical Writer with a specialization in Network Technology and minors in Data Center operations and Digital Workplace solutions (Collaboration, AV, Contact Center) .

The ideal candidate has experience in Solution Architecture, RFP Responses, Product Design, and go-to-market strategies, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation .

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders are essential.

What they do :

• Own the end to end documentation program for a project : plan, draft, and polish HLD / LLD narratives, runbooks / SOPs, ops guides, and client visible deliverables.
• Run the review gates (editorial format / accessibility legal / risk / security stakeholder sign off) and enforce style, tone, and brand / citation rules.
• Manage templates, versioning, and publication in SharePoint / Confluence and track quality / usage KPIs.
