Lead Technical Writer

Project Description

Seeking a Lead Technical Writer with a specialization in Network Technology and minors in Data Center operations and Digital Workplace solutions (Collaboration, AV, Contact Center).

The ideal candidate has experience in Solution Architecture, RFP Responses, Product Design, and go-to-market strategies, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders are essential.

Duties

• Own the end to end documentation program for a project : plan, draft, and polish HLD / LLD narratives, runbooks / SOPs, ops guides, and client visible deliverables.
• Run the review gates (editorial format / accessibility legal / risk / security stakeholder sign off) and enforce style, tone, and brand / citation rules.
• Manage templates, versioning, and publication in SharePoint / Confluence and track quality / usage KPIs.
