Job descriptionPassionate about AI, business systems, and process improvement. Strong analytical thinking and creativity in approaching problems. Ability to think through workflows step by step and visualize how processes fit together. Clear communication and ability to articulate ideas with confidence. Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative without strict instructions. Location : Dallas (hybrid, mostly in-person with test client during training). Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 1 : 30 PM – 5 : 00 PM. Training Pay : $20 per hour during training. Post-Training Pay (if client work begins) : $30–$40 per hour. Training period : November, for a real estate development company.
Overview
Structura Partners is piloting a modern consulting approach that blends traditional business auditing with AI integration. The role involves embedding within business operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth, then leveraging AI to develop technical solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. This is a part-time, paid training opportunity in Dallas.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a paid training phase with a real estate development company (November, Dallas).
- Audit operations and map workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions using tools like Cursor and Zapier.
- Collaborate with the senior team and gain hands-on experience in AI-driven consulting.
- Assist in preparing observations and recommendations for real client work if testing is successful.
