NCP engineering, Inc., the leading independent software vendor of remote access solutions, is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join the team at its location in Clearwater, Florida.

NCP engineering, Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to join our System Engineering and Help Desk team. In this role you will be responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining our remote access VPN products and solutions for our customers primarily in 'the Americas'. Successful candidates will have a strong systems / network administration background, razor-sharp troubleshooting skills, empathetic and excellent communication skills, and the desire to employ these skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second- and third-level help desk support to our customers
• Work with resellers, partners, and customers to maintain and drive NCP solution fixes
• Assist in the deployment and rollout of NCP solutions for new customers
• Work closely with the product development team to solve problems and improve product-line features
• Offer systems engineering and administration expertise to the larger NCP organization
