Real Estate Associate
We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Associate to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the management of property operations, tenant coordination, and building-related tasks. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in customer service and administrative support while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all processes are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the security, janitorial, and engineering teams to address building-related tasks and maintain property standards.
- Monitor and manage work orders, including redispatching them as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative support by utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors to resolve inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
- Leverage commercial property management experience to oversee operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and protocols while delivering excellent customer service.
- Utilize work order systems to organize and track maintenance and repair activities.
- Support marketing and operational initiatives to enhance property management efficiency.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.Familiarity with work order systems and basic accounting practices, such as Yardi or Oracle.Experience in commercial property management is preferred.Ability to follow established processes and protocols.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Associate degree or equivalent education is preferred.
