Job description

Real Estate Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Associate to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the management of property operations, tenant coordination, and building-related tasks. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in customer service and administrative support while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all processes are completed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the security, janitorial, and engineering teams to address building-related tasks and maintain property standards.
  • Monitor and manage work orders, including redispatching them as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support by utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors to resolve inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
  • Leverage commercial property management experience to oversee operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes and protocols while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Utilize work order systems to organize and track maintenance and repair activities.
  • Support marketing and operational initiatives to enhance property management efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with work order systems and basic accounting practices, such as Yardi or Oracle.
  • Experience in commercial property management is preferred.
  • Ability to follow established processes and protocols.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Associate degree or equivalent education is preferred.
