Senior Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense
Come join the TRK Team! We are looking for a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team at Thomas Rubin & Kelley . If you're an experienced litigator who enjoys taking ownership of cases, collaborating with colleagues, and building strong client relationships, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Handle a mix of insurance defense matters from start to finish.
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and, when needed, trials.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery with confidence.
- Work directly with clients and carriers to provide practical, timely advice.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment.
