We're seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead that backbone ensuring efficiency, alignment, and innovation across all RSI content and marketing operations. This person will coordinate documentation, reporting, data management, and technology workflows that enable our team to deliver world-class gaming content across every channel.

The Senior Operations Manager is a cross-functional leader responsible for coordinating projects, systems, and workflows between RSI's production teams and marketing and data teams. You'll manage the department's operational infrastructure including content distribution, information repositories, ad trafficking systems, and reporting pipelines.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring RSI's creative and technical teams operate with precision, transparency, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is both analytical and process-driven, with the ability to translate data and documentation into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

Operational Coordination

• Serve as the central liaison between internal departments including content production, marketing, CRM, and analytics to ensure smooth information flow and project execution.
• Manage operational documentation, processes, and workflows within Confluence, maintaining clear visibility across projects and initiatives.
• Support project planning and prioritization, tracking deliverables and dependencies through agile tools and reporting frameworks.

Pay Range : $100,000 - $120,000 USD
