Job descriptionCompetitive Salary : $75K - $120K base (DOE) + performance-based incentives Outstanding Benefits : 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Car Allowance Leadership Role : Lead and shape import / export operations for a top-tier global logistics provider Career Growth : Opportunity to work with a high-performing international network Make an Impact : Standardize processes, optimize performance, and drive operational success Lead and oversee international air and ocean import / export operations Manage and train staff to ensure high efficiency and compliance Standardize operating procedures and performance metrics to optimize workflows Support back-office operations teams to ensure smooth execution Enhance customs brokerage processes and maintain regulatory compliance Strengthen relationships with domestic transportation carriers, ports, and rail networks Interface with clients to support business growth and retention 10+ years of experience in international freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) Deep knowledge of customs brokerage, import / export compliance, and global trade logistics Proven leadership skills with experience in staff management, training, and operational oversight Strong industry connections and knowledge of U.S. transportation markets (rail, ports, carriers) Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent communication and customer service skills for client and stakeholder engagement Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a process improvement mindset Work for a global industry leader with a strong market presence Competitive salary and full benefits package for financial stability and growth Exciting leadership role with direct impact on operations and process improvements Career advancement opportunities within a fast-paced, expanding organization
