Throughout the customer's buying cycle, your focus on providing continuous follow-up via phone and email will play a pivotal role in driving satisfaction and trust. By setting sales appointments and coordinating with the appropriate sales staff, you'll facilitate seamless transitions in the buying process. Keeping a daily log of appointments and effectively communicating with management will enhance team synergy.

Plus, you'll utilize our dealership database to track customer interactions and convey crucial information regarding current inventory or specials, all while tackling other assigned duties that contribute to our customer-centric approach.
