Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include :

• 8-10 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required
• Proficiency in Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, and Microsoft applications
• Manage complex capital projects valued between $10M – $100M+
• Oversee project lifecycle : planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, GMP, EHS) during construction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA / QC, validation, architects, engineers)
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting on project status and KPIs

Salary : $86,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
