Job Description
Working with a global construction company looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with client goals.
This role combines hands-on project leadership with internal business support, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects while contributing to business development, financial management, and team growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client relationships and guide project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Act as the main liaison with clients, supporting project-related decisions.
- Oversee all phases of a project :
- Preconstruction : build A&E teams, manage design, scheduling, budgets, constructability reviews, contracts, bidding, and permitting.
- Construction : manage contractors through procurement, risk, quality, safety, and execution; maintain cost and schedule control.
- Closeout : oversee project closeout, ensuring specifications and client expectations are met.
- Prepare and deliver cost, schedule, and status reports to keep clients informed.
- Lead and mentor internal project support teams (Project Engineers and Administrators) or work independently as needed.
- Drive collaboration, effective communication, and identify opportunities to add value to every project.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or relevant experience).5–10 years’ experience managing a variety of building types and construction projects through all phases.Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.Practical, logical problem-solver with strong numeracy and financial management skills.Experienced in inspiring and managing diverse teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; skilled in Microsoft Project.A proactive, positive leader committed to delivering service excellence and client satisfaction.
