Delivery Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Business Systems Analyst to support our customer applications, analyze new requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for our development team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide ongoing support for customer applications by analyzing new requirements and preparing detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Evaluate, define, and document system requirements related to data flow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environments, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Assess project feasibility, including cost, time, and system compatibility, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing systems, overseeing successful mplementation to meet customer and operational needs.
• Contribute technical expertise and creative problem-solving to help achieve company objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Validate and test newly developed processes to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
• Create ad hoc and custom reports in response to user and management requests.
• Work through complex technical and business issues requiring advanced analytical skills and sound judgment.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires a strong customer focus, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset. The factory operates 24 / 7, so while a fixed shift will be assigned, some flexibility is required to occasionally cover for team members during vacations or
