Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly capable Systems Electrical Engineer with 2-5 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in electrical engineering, particularly in lithium-ion battery technology and EV design, to contribute significantly to the advancement of our off-road heavy equipment lineup, including Rubber Tired Gantry Cranes, Carry Deck Cranes, and Industrial Fork Truck Attachments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Excellence : Demonstrate your extensive knowledge in electrical engineering by actively supporting the development of cutting-edge electrical systems, emphasizing lithium-ion battery technology and EV components. Collaborate closely with senior engineers to drive innovation.
• Project Engagement : Utilize your experience to play a vital role in all phases of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they progress smoothly from inception to production, meeting and exceeding project objectives.
• AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor Proficiency : Leverage your high proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor to create detailed electrical designs, schematics, and 3D models that meet stringent industry standards.
• System Integration : Contribute to the seamless integration of state-of-the-art electrical and CAN communication systems tailored for rugged off-road applications, leveraging your technical proficiency.
• Collaborative Teamwork : Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, service, and senior engineers, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.
• Professional Growth : Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through mentorship from experienced engineers, expanding your expertise and impact.
• Problem-Solving Expertise : Apply your problem-solving acumen and meticulous attention to detail to effectively troubleshoot electrical systems, actively participating in root cause analysis.

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
