Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Electrical Engineer - Power Systems performs electrical power systems studies and analysis for industrial and utility clients. Utilizing industry standard analysis software (ETAP, SKM, etc.), the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to create study cases, analyze results, and provide detailed written reports. A strong fundamental understanding of industrial and utility power systems and calculation methods is required.
The Electrical Engineer - Power Systems is responsible for working with clients and other Nexus personnel to prepare studies including :
The Electrical Engineer - Power Systems reports to the Senior Electrical Engineer or Engineering Discipline Manager. Completed technical work is provided to senior management prior to presentation to the client. This position will require occasional travel (2-3 times per year) of up to one week to visit client facilities to gather data along with other Nexus personnel. Responsibilities
