We're seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with 2+ years of experience (criminal defense experience a plus) and proven ability to perform a wide range of attorney functions in a busy office with minimal supervision. We prepare all cases as if they are going to trial. Experience in developing discovery plans is required.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record advocating for clients in court (appearances, trial prep, trial), taking / defending depositions, attending mediations / arbitrations, writing briefs, responding and propounding discovery, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and excellent writing and communications skills. Preparing witnesses, clients and experts for depositions and trial required. Trial experience is a plus.
