Role : Superintendent

Location : Fort Wayne, IN

Salary : $65,000–$95,000

We are representing a respected General Contractor seeking a Commercial Superintendent to take ownership of a ground-up retail project in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This is a $1M – $2M build, and the client is looking for an experienced leader who can successfully deliver the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of construction for a ground-up retail store.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Maintain strict safety compliance and enforce OSHA guidelines.

Requirements :

This is a fantastic opportunity for a superintendent who thrives on hands-on leadership and wants to grow with a GC that has a strong pipeline of retail and commercial work.
