We are seeking two experienced AR / Collectors to join our team for a 2-3 month project aimed at improving our financial standing. Responsibilities include making phone calls and sending emails to customers with outstanding balances, confirming and updating customer contact information as needed, monitoring aging reports and following up on outstanding invoices, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve account issues. Essential skills include a proven track record in collections, experience working on the phone for 100% of the role, excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, basic understanding of Excel for updating and entering information into spreadsheets, ability to work independently, stay focused, and manage repetitive tasks, and a strong work ethic.

This is a contract position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri. The pay range for this position is $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
