Job Summary
The student success advancement team is seeking a responsible and dedicated student worker to support its annual giving and stewardship efforts. The student worker plays a vital role in supporting the donor stewardship, annual giving, and Giving Day initiatives through a blend of creative, administrative, and logistical tasks. Responsibilities include writing and editing donor communications, such as scholarship impact reports, acknowledgements, and campaign materials; designing graphics and social media content; and assisting with marketing outreach. The role also involves organizing and maintaining donor data, managing campaign codes, updating donor records, and conducting basic data entry. On campus, the student worker coordinates errands, deliveries, and event support, including for major donor celebrations and Giving Day activities. The student worker ensures smooth execution of administrative and logistical tasks behind the scenes.

Student majoring in business, communications or other related field with strong administrative work experience and excellent customer service skills.
