The Role
As a Sales Leadership Trainee , youll begin by learning the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and marketing strategies. From there, youll move into leadership trainingdeveloping the skills to mentor others, manage small teams, and eventually oversee larger projects.
What Youll Do
- Represent recognized brands inside retail locations
- Build relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals while learning effective sales strategies
- Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship programs
- Support and motivate team members to achieve collective success
