JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for providing the maintenance of all properties and grounds and to give direct supervision to other maintenance employees as appropriate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Maintenance of the Pensacola campus will require travel and may be in frequent overnight travel. Less than 25% of this position is required travel.

The physical activity requirements of this position include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking and hearing. The worker is required to have visual acuity necessary to operate motor vehicles, machines and equipment consistent with campus maintenance duties.
The physical requirements of this include the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or in excess of 20 pounds of force consistently.
