Job descriptionCoordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and financial summaries, to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project continuity and success. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation. Lead and motivate project teams to meet deliverables efficiently and effectively. Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle. A proven track record of managing construction projects within the Business Services industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software to track progress and budgets. Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards in Philadelphia. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. Competitive salary range of $112,500 - $137,500 annually, based on experience.
