Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position focuses on providing support within an inclusive elementary classroom setting. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized instruction to a caseload of approximately 15 students across grades K-6, including support for 6th grade inclusion classrooms.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies.
• Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students learning goals.
• Monitor student progress and municate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning and development.
