Thursday's Hair Solutions is a collaborative, client-focused salon specializing in hair restoration and non-surgical hair replacement solutions. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel supported, confident, and cared for.
We're looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team full-time. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring each client's experience begins and ends with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Care
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.Schedule and confirm client appointments using our online scheduling system.Greet clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome and cared for.Maintain a positive and polished front desk presence at all times.Daily Operations
Open and close the office each day, ensuring the space is organized, secure, and ready for business.Prepare client tickets and files for daily Stand-Up meetings.Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.Administrative & Financial Support
Perform daily account reconciliation to verify transactions and client payments are accurate.Keep track of client balances and ensure clients pay outstanding bills in a timely manner.Draft and manage contracts for new hair orders with precision and timeliness.Provide direct administrative support to the Owner and Office Manager as needed.Assist stylists and management with scheduling coordination and client communication.Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Thursday's team to ensure the day runs smoothly and clients stay on schedule.Support team members as needed and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk, salon, spa, medical, or office setting preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Comfortable using online scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).Professional phone etiquette and strong written / verbal communication skills.Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent full-time schedule.A friendly, team-oriented attitude and passion for exceptional client service.Why Join Thursday's
