💼 Role : Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) - Per diem

Hours : As needed basis for day and night shift

Pay Rate : $45-$50

What You'll Do :

🎯 Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status and treatment plans

🩺 Administer therapies and medications as prescribed by physicians

🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

📋 Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments

🔄 Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

⚕️ Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests

🔍 Stay updated on advancements in respiratory care practices

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner

✅ Valid RCP license in California

✅ Must have at least 3+ years of recent critical care experience

✅ Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care
