Corporate Counsel, US Licensed

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel, Corporate & International.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on legal issues related to the company's international business

Oversee legal structuring, entity formation, and corporate governance for international markets

Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams to ensure compliance for launching products in new jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction

8+ years of experience in corporate law at a law firm and / or in-house

Experience supporting cross-functional teams in various regions

Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
