About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Digital Engagement Strategy with a background in pharmaceutical agency experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive omnichannel digital engagement strategy that creates seamless, personalized experiences for healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of digital engagement strategists, serving as a thought leader on the digital landscape, and ensuring that all strategies are in compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. The SVP will also be involved in customer journey mapping, persona development, and audience segmentation, and will work closely with marketing, analytics, brand teams, and IT to integrate data for a 360-degree view of the customer. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in digital engagement strategy within a pharmaceutical agency setting, with a preference for those with pharmaceutical launch experience. The role requires a proven track record in senior leadership, deep expertise in omnichannel marketing principles, and a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex data into innovative digital strategies, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The SVP will also be expected to define and track KPIs, provide insights to senior leadership, and lead new business and organic growth initiatives.
