Job Title : Functional Oracle Cloud Implementation Consultant / Jr. Business AnalystLocation : RemotePay Range : $55-60 / hr.
W2As part of a team, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, understand their processes, and translate their requirements into effective solutions within the Oracle Cloud platform.
The ideal candidate will bring related experience as a functional (non IT) Business Analyst and involvement in a system implementation.
Oracle Cloud experience is highly desired.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following : Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and objectivesConduct workshops and gather business requirements to ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud capabilitiesMap out current processes and identify areas for improvement within the Oracle Cloud platformLead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring all requirements are met and any issues are addressedCreate comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guidesAssist in building out reconciliation processes within the Oracle Cloud platformProvide hands-on support throughout the implementation process, including data migration and configuration tasksWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelineQualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on system implementationsUnderstanding of finance and accounting processesProven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and facilitating UAT sessionsSolid understanding of Oracle Cloud platform functionalitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a global team, adapting to changing project requirements and prioritiesManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
