Quality Control (QC) Technician

Location : Fort Worth, Texas

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00am – 2 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $18 – $23 / hr (based on experience)

Position Summary

The QC Technician plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet or exceed customer specifications. This position involves inspecting materials and parts throughout the fabrication process, identifying non-conforming products, and supporting a culture of quality excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products using proper measurement equipment to verify conformance to specifications.
• Prepare and submit part inspection reports accurately and on time.
• Conduct Quality Assurance audits, prepare reports, and submit findings to the Quality Manager.
• Assist in resolving quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support plant audit procedures and maintain assigned work schedules.
• Train and guide production personnel on quality control testing and procedures.
• Evaluate and correct product date coding and trade age management.
• Operate and program a coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
• Maintain electronic and hard copy file systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
