Pomona, California | 12-month | First shift (6am-2 : 30pm)

We are seeking an Assembler I to join our CMI business unit in California. In this role, you’ll support manufacturing operations by setting up equipment, assembling products, performing inspections / tests, and assisting with troubleshooting. You’ll work under general supervision and play a key role in ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform set-up, assembly, packaging, and prep operations in compliance with QSR.
• Assemble, repair, inspect, and test products following detailed instructions.
• Assist with troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, OEE, etc.).
• Collaborate with Engineering, QC, and Maintenance teams on process improvements.
