We are looking for a Staff Accountant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

Establishing strong accounting processes to improve accuracy and internal control.

Leading accounting-related projects, such as accounting for acquisitions or developing valuable new internal reports.

Taking charge of the GL, month-end close and reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, financial statement review, and preparation.

Serving as a primary point of contact for audits, taxation, and client and owner questions.

Forecast revenue and analyze benchmarked financial ratios and profit margins.

Year-end tax planning.

Corporate planning and formations (mainly flow-through entities).

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and peers.

Working knowledge of federal tax code and GAAP guidelines.

Small Business and Personal Tax and Accounting 5+ years REQUIRED.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting REQUIRED.

Advanced Excel, MSFT Office, and Teams.

Inter-company transaction experience.
