TEKsystems is currently Digital Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!Position :  Member Service Representative (Account Services)Job DescriptionTo respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operationProvide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer serviceHandle a call volume of 80-100+ calls dailyQualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED required1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environmentProfessional written and verbal communication skillsSTRONG computer knowledge and data entry / typing skillsStart Date :  December 1, 2025Training :  First 6 weeks are fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pmSchedules available (after training) :  Sunday - Friday (Saturdays off and 1 rotating off day during the week) 3 : 30pm - 1 : 00am, 4 : 00pm - 1 : 30am, 4 : 30pm - 2 : 00amLocation :  Pensacola, FL / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per weekIf you are interested and qualify, please apply with your updated resume!Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
