Stock Plan Analyst

We are seeking a diligent Stock Plan Analyst to join our Global Equity team. In this role, you will support the equity administration function, assisting with the daily activities involved in managing our global equity programs. This position is located in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day administration of the company's global equity plans, including RSUs, NQs, and PSUs.
• Provide support for the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
• Support the internal HR team by addressing employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, and HR Technology teams.
• Interact with the legal team on SEC-related matters and filings for equity plans.
• Support internal and external audits impacting equity programs.
• Analyze employee inquiries and feedback to enhance Chatbot content.
• Contribute to the creation of program procedure documentation.

This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
