A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst - HRSD to support customer environment operations in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and business advisory services

Required Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Clearance

5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field

Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform

Experience with all phases of the SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective

Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering
