Job Overview : BPC Home Service is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Canvassing Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door sales and lead generation team. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives on competition, team success, and measurable results. You'll recruit, train, and manage canvassing representatives, drive consistent lead flow, and ensure your team hits weekly and monthly sales goals. This is a performance-based, commission-only position - your results directly drive your income.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, recruit, and train a team of door-to-door canvassers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans to target high-potential neighborhoods.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using provided CRM and lead-tracking systems.
• Conduct daily team meetings to set goals, share results, and reinforce motivation.
• Ensure proper use of marketing materials, uniforms, and sales tools in the field.
• Work alongside your team in the field to model best practices and close deals.
• Report weekly progress, conversion rates, and performance updates to management.
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence while representing the BPC brand.
