What you will do?
Support the implementation of change management strategies for larger or complex projects.
Independently lead or support change initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and alignment to overall transformation goals.
Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments, providing insights and recommendations to the Change Manager and project leadership.
Facilitate change management workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training to build understanding and engagement across impacted groups.
Track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives using established metrics, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
Partner cross-functionally with project, HR, and IT teams to ensure alignment between people, process, and technology in transformation initiatives.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What is required?
Bachelor’s degree required.
Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related discipline with demonstrated project leadership experience.
Proven ability to design and execute change strategies, manage multiple initiatives, and engage stakeholders effectively.
Experience in transformation or process improvement environments preferred.
