Position Overview :
As a Utility Team Member, you are the heartbeat of our service flow. This position is different than bussing, it’s an essential support role that bridges the dining room and kitchen, keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll deliver food, reset tables, restock supplies, polish silverware and anticipate team needs, ensuring every guest enjoys a polished and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional guest service welcome guests with genuine warmth, share menu highlights, and anticipate needs to elevate every experience.
- Deliver food to tables promptly and knowledgeably, assisting servers in describing dishes when needed.
- Maintain table readiness by clearing, resetting, and refreshing as part of a coordinated team service approach.
- Support servers and bartenders by restocking service stations, glassware, and silverware.
- Communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of dishes and smooth service flow.
- Assist with guest needs, including water service, extra place settings, and other requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining room and service areas.
- Adapt quickly during high-volume shifts, supporting wherever needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments preferred.Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure.Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.Passion for hospitalityAvailability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Current Food Handlers Card or ability to obtainWhy Work at Pinyon?
