Job Details :

• High volume experience.
• Able to handle expo without supervision.
• Able to identify and coordinate composed plates for service.
• Ability to communicate dishes to guests.
• Positive attitude at all times with guests and their needs.
• Ability to identify guest needs while running food.
• Full availability for weekend shifts.
• Able to manage food runners and coordinate with the Executive Chef.
