QA Testing - Delivery Manager :

Location : Katy, Houston, TX - 5 days onsite 12 - 18 Months The Testing Delivery Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of testing services across multiple projects or programs. This role ensures high-quality software releases by managing QA teams, optimizing testing processes, and maintaining alignment with client and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on expertise in test strategy, automation, and delivery governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 10-15 years of experience in software testing and QA delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs in Agile and / or DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of test lifecycle management, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, Tosca, or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams across onshore / offshore models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications (preferred) : ISTQB Advanced, PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
