High-level Job Function :
Conversational AI Design, Business Journey Mapping into Enterprise level Conversational AI technical implementation.
Conversational AI Bot implementation and downstream channel integration.
End-to-End Bot Journey management to meet business requirement, NPS and Service Fulfillment management.
Skills & Experience Required :
3+ Years of industry leading enterprise level Conversational AI implementation exposure.
Proficient in building chatbots using any of the industry leading enterprise platforms (Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Dialog Flow, Nuance).
Hands-on experience in implementing projects using Microservices, REST APIs.
Good understanding of NLP Algorithms, Data structures.
Expertise in building scalable applications using NodeJS, JavaScript, Python.
Expertise in finding data breaches in apps and websites.
Experience in Data crawlers, Data Ingestion and transformation from different systems or messaging platform.
Data Engineering, Data Ingestion and Visualization exposure is an added advantage.
Bot development Blueprinting, Dialog Tasks, Entity Extraction, NLP, API Management, Testing (Batch Cycle) and Deployment, NLP / NLU understanding, NodeJS, Java script & Mongo DB, Java, Web services, Spring boot, JavaScript, IVR, Conversational AI
