About the Role :

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize inbound and outbound marketing channels that drive qualified pipeline for Cyderes. This is a highly visible, Player / Coach rolehands-on and execution-focusedsitting at the core of our growth strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally to plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns that engage our target audiences, convert leads, and accelerate revenue growth.

This role works closely with :

• Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are fueled by the right messaging, content, and SEO strategy.
• Marketing Operations to ensure data accuracy, automation, and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce are seamless and scalable.
• Sales Development to maintain strong alignment on lead follow-up, nurturing, and account engagement.

You'll be directly responsible for managing campaigns end to endfrom strategy and setup through execution, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate is a confident, self-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment, effectively partnering across the GTM team, with external vendors and partner contacts, to deliver on Cyderes' strategic brand and demand generation goals.
