A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist - HYBRID. Key Responsibilities : Lead employee relations investigations, ensuring a fair and legally sound process Advise managers on performance management issues and provide HR guidance to employees Conduct job evaluations and support staff transitions related to contract changes Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required At least five (5) years of HR generalist experience in a multi-state environment HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred Proficiency with HRIS platforms and report generation Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and compliance tracking
