Location : Seattle, WA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Reports To : Executive Leadership

Salary : $170,000 - $230,000 DOE

Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Regional Director of Environmental Services to lead our Washington operations. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed Geologist or Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience in environmental site assessment, investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, diverse project experience, and a proven ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy

Oversee and grow the Washington office, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to expand market presence and client base.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Technical Oversight

Lead complex environmental projects including site characterization, remediation, and regulatory negotiations.

Business Development

Cultivate relationships with private sector clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.

Operations & Logistics

Manage regional operations including staffing, resource allocation, and financial performance.

Qualifications : Licensure :

Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Washington State .

Experience :

Minimum of 15 years in environmental consulting with a focus on contaminated site work.

Skills & Attributes :

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
