Your Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be instrumental in enhancing the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing essential nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the implementation of personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and accurately document vital signs and patient information.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and execute care plans.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as required.
• Support and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practices.
