We are seeking a Bilingual Logistics Router / Dispatcher & Office Admin to join our team on the 1st shift . This hybrid role combines logistics routing and dispatching with office administrative duties and basic quality control support.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, bilingual (English / Spanish) , and capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment. This position involves coordinating shipments, maintaining documentation accuracy, assisting with quality control checks, and providing excellent customer service. Physical activity, including moving pallets, will be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Route and dispatch shipments in coordination with logistics schedules.
- Audit and manage shipping and receiving documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record management.
- Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve scheduling or shipping issues.
- Perform basic quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to move and organize pallets as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, tracking, and communication.
- Multitask effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.Willingness and physical ability to perform warehouse-related tasks (lifting / moving pallets).Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or quality control preferred.Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.IND2
