JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior Analyst, Content Strategy supporting Digital Employee Experience initiatives at a leading corporate enterprise, you will be at the heart of enhancing the user-centric product experiences for a vast employee and cast member base through data-driven insights and innovative communication strategies. This role involves working closely with diverse teams to ideate, define, and implement content strategies that profoundly resonate with various employee segments while aligning with business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in creating tailored, impactful content and strategies to elevate the employee experience across the company.

Prior experience in technology, e-commerce, or digital media is preferred.
Familiarity with large enterprise intranets and employee-focused communications.
