This position focuses on inventory management, order processing, and administrative support rather than forwarding or customs operations.

Key Responsibilities Support daily fulfillment operations, including order processing and shipment tracking. Maintain inventory records, perform stock checks, and ensure data accuracy in the system. Prepare and organize invoices, packing lists, and related documentation. Communicate with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure smooth order flow. Manage and file administrative and accounting-related documents. Assist with data entry, reporting, and other clerical tasks to support the logistics team. Learn and support internal processes related to fulfillment, product movement, and basic supply chain coordination. Qualifications No prior logistics experience required — training provided. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bilingual in Korean and English. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
