Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

• Promote Comfort and Safety: Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly addressing changes in condition to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

• Foster Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas organized, clean, and hygienic to promote a healthy environment.

• Accurate Documentation: Record and report changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and daily activities to ensure effective communication with the care team.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, individualized care.

• Enhance Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being based on their preferences and needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida.

• Passion for providing compassionate, dignified care to residents.
