Position Summary :

VJ Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end closing.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
