Accounts Payable Specialist (Full Cycle AP) – Farmingdale, Long Island, NY

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with a passion for efficiency and precision?

Anna Parson at Robert Half , in partnership with a well-established Manufacturing and Distribution company, is searching for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional ready to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will :

• Manage  Full Cycle Accounts Payable , including 3-way matching, coding invoices to General Ledger accounts, obtaining approvals, and processing payments via check and ACH.
• Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process AP for  multiple entities , showcasing your ability to handle volume with accuracy and efficiency.
• Leverage your  Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience  to support business operations.
• Demonstrate  Advanced Excel skills  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze and export data.
• Adapt quickly to the company’s ERP system using your prior systems knowledge.
