• 24-hour call shifts from 7am - 7am
• Average 3 - 5 patients per shift
• Average 6 phone consults per shift
• 1 admission per shift expected
• Both in-person and phone rounding required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
